Before starting the mobile conveyor, make sure to secure the wheels with triangular wood or brakes. This will prevent any movement during operation. If multiple conveyors are working together, leave a one-meter channel between each machine and the wall.
2. Before using the conveyor, check that all operating parts, belt buckles, and bearing devices are in good condition. Also, ensure that all necessary protective equipment is complete. Adjust the tightness of the belt to the appropriate level before starting.
3. Start the belt conveyor without any load. Wait for it to operate normally before feeding materials. Do not start feeding before the conveyor is running.
4. When multiple conveyors are running in series, start from the unloading end and start each one in sequence. Only after all the conveyors are operating normally, you can begin feeding materials.
5. If the conveyor belt deviates during operation, stop it immediately and make the necessary adjustments. Do not force it to continue running as this can cause wear on the edges and increase the load.

For the head drum, if the conveyor belt runs off to the right side, move the bearing seat on the right side forward or t***ft bearing seat backward. If the conveyor belt deviates to t***ft side, move the bearing seat on t***ft side forward or the right bearing seat backward. The adjustment method for the tail drum is the opposite of the head drum.
3. Check the position of the material on the conveyor belt. If the material is not centered on the cross section of the belt, it can cause the belt to run off. If the material goes to the right, the belt goes to t***ft, and vice versa. When using the conveyor, try to center the material as much as possible. Adding a baffle plate can also help change the direction and position of the material, reducing or avoiding belt deviation.
